Stepps' multi-dimensional, dedicated team of staff works tirelessly to ensure that each individual client is given the highest possible quality of care and support during their recovery programme.

All managers, therapists and support staff are fully trained in their specialist treatment sectors, with nursing care provided 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Stepps' Clinical Government Committee - consisting of two resident GP’s, the Managing Director of Stepps, Registered Manager, Clinical Director, Stepps Counsellor and Consultant Psychiatrist - meets regularly to discuss policies and procedures and to oversee all clinical input, ensuring that best practice methods are continually met and exceeded.
